About this blog & me

This website talks about predicting the fate of biodiversity in the face of global change. It includes articles on published research in this field, but also technical articles on methodological approaches used in this field (including R articles/tutorials!).

I am lecturer at the French National Museum of Natural History, Paris, in the lab. Biology of Aquatic Organisms and Ecosystems.

I work on predicting the response of biodiversity to global change, at large spatial scales.
