Walnut bar

This is a walnut bar for our home. I chose to have a live edge with bark, as the walnut is a wood that can keep its bark even when dry.

The wall brackets are also made of walnut. Each bracket has a different size to fit the uneven width of the bar. They are made with a houndstooth dovetail which is a very strong joint, which will be necessary for us to lean on the bar.
